Can you give me a 4 step method for writing a 3 A4 page essay.?

Its been a while since I wrote one. It is a non fictional essay I seek to write.

-brainstorm
-write thesis statement: what you are trying to "prove"
-outline entire essay with your main points: intro, body 1, body 2, etc..conclusion
-write a topic sentence for eatch paragraph (body 1, body 2, etc.): in one sentence you say what the main point of that paragraph is
-write essay:

intro will hold thesis sentence and say what your paper will be about
each body paragraph will state a topic sentence and whatever research you have found that supports that topic. remember to link each paragraph to the one before it.
conclusion will show that your topics prove or disprove your thesis statement

ok heres what i do listen to some music intill you hear an insprational quote and put that at the start just write then take you the lyric when you get stuck use antoher lyric from that song and again remember to take it out when done!!
