becouse they simply know the meanin' of life and when they become older they forget it.and stop that trick to deal with life .

Because they can. My kids laugh at the silliest things and I often wonder at what point in my life did I forget to find the humor in some things. As far as crying, often it is because they are sad or hurt....every so often though, the little buggers just want some attention.

We all can. It's just that children have not been programmed by societal mores to curb their joy or sorrow the way we have. If you raise a child to know their emotions are ok (and how to keep a reign on the negative ones, like anger), they should feel free to laugh and cry when they want!
