How can I put together r.00, r.01, r.02, etc files together? Thank you.?

These are spanned "rar" files created with Winrar.

So long as you have all the spanned files the only thing you need to do is open the first one using WinRAR. It will automatically join & extract the files to a directory of your choice.

It depend in what software they were compressed.
