Catchy title question, eh?

Not truly becoming a professional or anything, but I do want to build my body up at least around 10 pounds or so. What are some high protein foods to consume that will make me bigger...that I can add to my highly intensive workouts?

you need to consume more calories than you will burn during the day..good foods to do this are tuna, grilled chiken breast and steak...of course make sure you prepare them the right way..grilled chicken breast and fried chicken breast are not the same...check out menshealth.com they have good articles on stuff like this a lot

If you want to gain 10 pounds, stick to eating meat products and I would drink protein shakes. Make sure if you want to gain weight you eat a lot though so that you can turn that fat into muscle when you lift. good luck!

Semen. High in protein, which you will need. And you will find the more you work out and get muscley (sp?) you will meet more and more gay men, like yourself. So finding a constant suppy of semen will not be a problem for you at all. Good luck with all of that.

If your goal is to be a bodybuilder rather than a power lifter, you need to be very careful not to get too many calories.
