This one is a drink all the ladies like:
Flirtini
1 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Champagne
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Combine Vodka, Champagne, and Pineapple Juice in a highball or collins glass filled with ice.

For a Party:
Multiply recipe and mix in a pitcher

Champagne Classic
1 measure of brandy
1white sugar cube
6 drops Angostura bitters
Champagne to top
Soak the sugar cube with bitters, then add the brandy, and slowly top with Champagne. Serve with a stirrer.

Wet Sugar cube with bitters and drop in cold Asti - yum

Poinsettia Cocktail
1 oz very cold Vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
Shake with ice to combine strain into champagne flute and top with champagne - add a curl of orange rind for color

Demi-seco Cava (Spanish champagne), cranberry juice and a touch of triple sec, garnished by an orange slice. Delicious.
