Personal fave:
Bellini
Asti Spumante (Italian sparkling wine)
Bitters
Sugar Cubes
Wet Sugar cube with bitters and drop in cold Asti - yum
Poinsettia Cocktail
1 oz very cold Vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
Shake with ice to combine strain into champagne flute and top with champagne - add a curl of orange rind for color
For many others you can go to Webtender.com and type in champagne. Cheers!
