If you mean what effect can an doctors staff arguement can have on a patient it could do a lot.
First it makes the staff look incompetent since one has a different opinion than the other and they cant agree.
Second, if the arguement is over the care of YOU, it makes you a litle leary of recieving the care from that office because there is a question of if there could be a misdiagnosis causing you more pain and suffering.
Thirdly, if the staff is stressed, paperwork or tests could get misread or filed wrongly causing another misdiagnosis on your illness.
As with any arguement, it causes stress as well as an oportunity for perpetuating mistakes that can snowball and cause harm.

I would go under another category, such as Business and Finance. Ask this question on that site.

Obviously , the effect of any argument in front of patients is not a good thing, but usually does not happen in a physician's office or in the hospital. If it ever did, the staff would be replaced or put on probation.

Alright well you sound like a smart guy, but your english needs work.

Info on the topic... just look at how all the medical shows are false as hell when they disclose personal info to a patient or have an argument in front of it. That would never happen, because there is patient confidentiality exacerbated by HIPPA.

Search HIPPA @ google.

an argument between staff can make them seem un professional to a patient...it may also make the patient think he or she needs to go somewhere eles for the best treatment.
