Jump rope is one of the most effective and easiest ways to get your heart rate up, so are jumping jacks. Anything with a jump is great! Also do some push ups, it gets your heart rate going quick!

You can do some jumping jacks, sit-ups and running in the spot. If you are really up to it you can do some push-ups. Go get um... work it up

push-ups, sit-ups, jog in place or maybe some intensive yoga.
maybe you can go outside for a run. that works wonders.

if its a high rise then walk steps. if its a few floors then walk laps around your floor. jumping jacks, hopping around, etc will also give u a boost
