yes truly every character in the ramayana is a great one for us to emulate in our lives. many of us tell of rama,hanuman, laskshmana but we forget characters like sumitra, mother of lakshmana. sumitra was one of the greatest charater. her equanimity in the events of ramayana is amazing. this was the mother who readiliy let lakshmana follow rama to the forest for 14 years. how many mothers today r willin to sacrifice their sons? her steadiness during the loss of the King n her support to kausalya. she was indeed one great soul

I revere Lord Rama who implicitly obeyed his father in going to exile and also his devotion to Sita and being an ideal king. He is the eptiome of good qualities and showed to the world that even God follows rules set for man when he is born as a man.

I liked Ravana the most. He was better than Ram as Ram was an Avtaar whereas Ravan was a normal human till he was better than Ram.
