She is mad and now has some white beetch from family services calling the garage where I work. This is the risk she takes for having sex. I forgot I had the VD and haven't taken pills in a long time because I don't have insurance.
I'm thinking of suing her. There is no proof who had the VD first. I'm gonna say she gave it to me. She has plenty of money, she 15 years older and has a house and Cadillac. She wants to play, now she has to pay.
Should I tell the woman from the service department? Maybe my ex gf will just give me a check and settle.

You knew you have the stuff and you gave it to her? OMG you should be paying her medical bills . you are pathetic and anybody that would sleep with you is too. so yes i guess you both are at fault but you should take the first step and do what is right and pay her dr bill . You said it yourself you knew you had it and you did not tell her you are lucky you are not in jail for spreading a disease . in this country we are trying to get a law passed that if someone knowingly gives someone else a sexually transmitted disease that person can be held liable for that person;s medical bills ,hospital bills and what have you . I for one after reading this will be voting yes on that amendment because i do believe there are others out there like you . good luck and may god bless you.

No rico!! You're wrong for that!!! You confessed that you knew you had the VD so you need to go to the clinic with her and confess! Then maybe you guys can talk somehting out, because if you knew that you had it then there's a 99.9% chance that you gave it to her.

Whats VD? If its an STD, then sorry, but I'm sure you didn't forget, but I think u bogus for giving it to her, but hey, it takes two to tango, so yes, she cant get that mad cuz she didn't strap one on you either. But if I were you, i would NOT take it to court cuz they can pull up yo medical record, and if u were diagnosed with it, then it will show you had it first. Do whatever that lady wants you to, and tell her and yo ex not to call yo work, cuz that's harassment.
