Yes you can give them together. Make sure not to exceed the stated dose for each one. Ibrufen is usually one tablet every 4-6 hours and panadol is 2. Follow the instructions.

Yes as long as the paracetamol does not contain ibuprofen or asprin. It should have a note on the bottle if it has any of these drugs. Follow the dosage on the bottle. Paracetamol and ibuprofen work well together. Be careful if your son has asthma or any stomach complaints.

yes you can. As ibuprofen and paracetamol are different kinds of painkillers. my son is 9 and had to have capol 6 plus and junior neurofen together after his tonsils were removed.

yes paracetamol and ibuprofen are different things. paracetamol is a pain killer and ibuprofen is a anti inflammatory with no paracetamol in it
just be sure that the label of the ibuprofen doesn't state 'not to be taken with any other paracetamol containing medicine
other wise its fine

Please don't give ibuprofen and tylenol together. If need be, alternate them (give the ibuprofen, then wait 3-4 hours and then give the paracetamol.) YOU DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THESE TWO TOGETHER
