not controlling just protective on seeing me being safe and what's best for me. We're still really close friends.

It means he's a good guy. He's still looking out for you, even though you're not dating. It doesn't have to mean that he wants a relationship, but it might mean that he still cares for you as a friend.

Would probably need a better example but I would say if you have to ask someone about your boyfriend being protective, its probably more controlling than it is being protective. I don't want anything to happen to my lady but I don't dictate when/where/how she goes and does things. I just tell her be safe and I love her, then I trust her judgment that she won't do anything that will take her from me.

Deep feelings....
Deep feelings are imbedded to the heart of my soul,
You are weighing me down with your gentle pull,
I think that this is a stepping stone in a lake of emotion,
I think this is an atoning take on my lost devotion,
The future seems so bright, clear, unwritten and pure,
Upon this page will be wrote "i met a girl so unsure"
I think she could be a girl in my own future,
I think she should be the one to soften and nurture,

Just because you are ex's,dosnt mean she still doesnt care for you and your well being. She cares alot about you, and doesnt want to see you get hurt. If you are still really good friends, and you care about her as much, maybe there is still something between you two, that is more then just friendship.

I am protective of anyone I know, sometimes maybe even too protective. Just becuase she is my ex doesn't mean I would stop protecting her.

you probable p.c. the two adult males, possibly even at as quickly as. Get them in a room mutually and talk the opportunity of a three way. in case you particularly need to enhance the stakes, then the final guy or woman who cums gets the lady.

If he's a true friend he will simply advise you and be there for you if things go bad.
If he thinks he has a say in your life and actively sabotages your relationships, you have a problem.

I never can figure out how people can try to stay best friends after the break up. If you continue to be his best friend, he will continue to meddle in your life.
