Since I work a lot and have to stand on my feet for four hours straight, I don't know if this has anything to do with it, since I've been working there for months and my things never acting up before, but I did just recently work a lot for Thanksgiving. Anyway just the end of last week, they've been hurting all the time and I feel random shooting pains around the outer thighs and inner thighs, and they just flat out hurt. The pains wont go away. Should I be worried?

You have been working too hard. Muscles need a break to recover. Make sure that you are taking a MultiVit because of the potassium in it. It helps with muscles. Also if you take extra B vitamins, they get rid of the latic acid in the muscles that cause the soreness. Also you can take an extra supplement of Vit Calcium, D & Zinc combo. That works on the smooth muscle which will reduce pain.
Warm baths with epsom salts help also. The salt takes out the toxins in the muscles & help relax them. hope this helps.

Yes, you do have cause for concern.

Now, I used to have a job where I was on my feet all the time. I learned well the value of a good pair of shoes!

Does your work require you to bend or kneel and stand a lot? If so, that might account for it. Aspercreme or something similar might fix you right on up.

If it doesn't, see a doctor.

Good luck!

You need to stop standing and working soo much! Just put your legs up and relax, the pain should go away eventually. I get it too sometimes :)
Good Luck!
