Theobromine is the primary alkaloid found in cocoa and chocolate.

Synthesis would require the proper equipment and a background in and/or knowledge of organic chemistry.

Of course, if you're just interested in experiencing the effect of theobromine, eat some chocolate -- the darker, the better.

However, if you're intent on getting it in its pure form, you can purchase it from many reputable chemical supply houses in laboratory or bulk quantities. Like here: http://www.advance-scientific.com/Properties.asp?CODE=TH105+++++&name=Theobromine
for example. Be forewarned, it's not cheap.

It acts as a mild stimulant and has (or has had) medical use as a diuretic, vasodilator, myocardial stimulant and anti-tussive.

A chemical in chocolate called theobromine is similar to caffeine, and is toxic - that's why dogs can die from chocolate.

I don't understand your question - maybe you'll understand my answer?
