Dating relationship?

Why the guy you like turn you down and then later tell you not ready to date anyone at the moment and then you guy become friend and later you stop hanging out with him he started telling you he missed you and care about you alots why do guy do that??

He can miss you and care about you as a friend, but not want to date... I don't see anything wrong here.

The question is why do women freak out and think guys are so complicated when they're not?
