No they don't - BC or BCC is a way to send a cloaked message without the recipient realising.
BCC's do not happen when you 'Reply All'

If you receive a message that you're replying to, you won't know if there are any bcc recipients. Therefore, any bcc recipients on the original message would NOT receive a reply from you.

yes. All BC does is make it so any email you put in BC isn't visible to the other people you are emailing to.
