As a member of Law Enforcement, I can tell you that you will have a warrant issued for your arrest in New York for failure to pay/comply. If the Department of Motor Vehicles in New York is smart, they will forward the information on to Flordia and will suspend your licence. This is not always the case but can happen. It would be in your best interest to pay the ticket to avoid any complications down the line. If you can not afford the ticket, just get in touch with the court and they will gladly set up a payment plan. This is often only a few bucks a month and keeps the law off of your back for not paying.

Many state now have a reciprocal agrement with other states to share delinquent ticket info. You might be flagged, and you will have to pay it when you renew your driver's license, get a brake tag, or renew you car tags.Do the smart thing and save yourself some grief down the line.

There is a law called a resiprotory that means it will follow to your drivers license where you live so accept responsibilities for what you did pay the fine and move on with your life.

All that happens is a bench warrant will be issued. Should you get pulled over in New york again, they'll arrest you and force you to pay the fine and any interest.

They will probably eventually issue a bench warrant. and when you get pulled over or come into contact with police and they do a check on you, then they will see that the warrant has been issued. Then you will go to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars, go directly to Jail. Don't drop the soap!!!!!
