I recieved a winner notice from yahoo, is this real or not? It stated I won a lottery in London Yahoo.

That's a scam. Yahoo does not have a lottery.

If you never played the London lottery you could not have won it. Lottery winners are not typically contacted via email anyway.

That is a popular email scam.

The first thing to do is to ask yourself if u played any,if yes then find out from a reliable lottery agency but if you did not play one you should consider it a scam.

ITS A SCAM. period. A lot of people have been getting those stating they're either from Nigeria or London or somewhere in the world. But again be careful.

If it was in email form, NO!!!!! it's a scam I am sure! Unless you played the London Lottery and gave them your email address....

Even if you played the lottory in London, I doubt that they would Call you, never the less Email you.

sounds like a con 2 me.
but then again i'm a sceptic about gambling.
if u didn't enter any lottery, how could u have won?

If you have never entered a lottery, you cannot have won it. SCAM.

If you have a ticket you can call the number on the ticket to the claims hot-line. If you haven't got a ticket you didn't enter and it is probably a scam......sorry.
