well i am moveing to atlanta the being of the year and this man want to come and i do not on what i should say i love him we have been going togather for 4 years but i do not know what i should do

You've been with him for four years, so why are you hesitant for him to go with you? Are there problems? If there are, y'all should work them out before you go to Atlanta together. If there aren't any problems, and you love each other, I say go for it.
Moving is hard. Make sure he will help you before, during and after the move.

Will he live with you? How do you feel about that? Does he have a job? Do you have a job?
It sounds like you have some hesitation so consider carefully. Maybe write out your pros and cons to him moving with you and see which one weighs more.

If you love him and hes able to help you with the bills once you move, then whats the problem? I say let him come with you!

maybe you should stay put, love does not come around very often and you would not want to lose the love of your life.
