I know how hard it is to feed a 3 year old,my daughter don't really eat anything so we kinda just stick with things she does like to eat ,such as chicken nuggets, bananas, oranges, 100% juice, noodles, crackers, pudding, celery, frozen peas, milk, ice cream, cheese sticks, mac n cheese, peanut butter, bread, and if we don't want to eat those things with her we make ourselves and our 2 boys something else and make her the things she likes. It really is no more work to make a little dish of something for her and no she isn't spoiled like some people say she is,my 2 boys went through the same phase and now that eat whatever we give them to eat. We see no point in making meal time a battle everyday,so yes we give in to her little demands, even though she is only 3 she is in-titled to her opinion.Try to sneak in some healthy foods and maybe change where your child eats one meal during the day,my daughter eats her breakfast better if she is watching her favorite cartoon than if we make her sit at the table (for us the choice is eat or no eat and we would rather her eat ),we always eat supper at the table together so for us 1 meal won't hurt.I know some people will disagree but this is what works for us.

Here's some of the things that I bought and made this month. French Dip Au Jus, lasagna, chicken with bruschetta on top, taco salad. My daughter is a very picky eater and I found that if I ask her to help me with cooking dinner, she doesn't care if it's her least favorite thing on earth, she's just proud she got to help mommy and she eats it right up!
