I might make a pork belly stir fried rice.
I ended up having a tin of chicken curry, heated in the microwave and served on a bed of toast, LOL.

found a new way to enjoy curry
get pita bread fill with lettuce put curry chicken in with the lettuce
and dip the pita bread into the curry sauce
um, delicious !!!!!
