Mexican White Cheese Dip

2 cups easy melt white processed cheese, shredded
3/4 cup milk

Warm milk, slowly add shredded cheese
As it sits it will become firmer.
If the consistancy is not firm enough add more cheese, if too firm add more milk.
Can prepare and reheat in the microwave.

You buy a small package of the mixed cheddar and mozarella cheese blend and add 1/2 cup of cream and stir slowly over a medium flame until all ingredients are melted then it is at that point you can add onions, peppers or whatever else you want for flavor.

Get Monterey cheese, it's white, and melt it. That's it. That's all you need.
