When cousins come over from Europe, I first bring them to the statute of liberty. Then we walk over to Wall Street, since the statute of liberty boat is docked nearby. We visit the NYSE, trinity church and the federal building, and the lower Broadway Bull statue for photographs. Once done, we walk over to Chinatown and Little Italy. Once finish there, we walk over to City Hall. By that time, we are too tired and plan the empire state building and mid-town the next day.

Some people actually like the crappy guided tours and some run from them?
I like SOHO (south of Houston Street)
I like MACYS!
I like the theatre district
China town and little Italy for food!
Balduccis, Dean and Deluca, Zabars (uptown)
It just depends!
The only tourist thing I suggest is Ellis Island. The rest are crap!

walk around and explore the city. Go shopping. Go see the sites if that really interests you. Museums are always good.

go shopping or go be on trl(total request live) its on mtv you can stand out side and maybe be seen on tv
