HELP GUYS COULD YOU Anwser This One?
When a guy says he would love you if he was single what does it mean?
i was dating a guy for a while we both were very physically attracted to one another and things broke up as i was upset about my job etc a little needy at the time...he always stares at me when we are out and the other day i apoligised to him and he said i was one of the most lovely people he had met and that initially he was intimidated by my job ( i have quite a high powered job and earn good money) he also said he thought i was gorgeous back then and still does, i said i was leaving and he kept on grabbing me and said he would love me...if he was single..When i chatted about one of my ex boyfriends he got jealous and said 'what about us?'. He has only just started to date someone else..i have always been infatuated with him and vice versa..what should i do should i ask him for a drink as friends, i think he could of beena potential one

He is showing signs of an abuser. He grabbed you and has been jealous without even being in a relationship with you. It sounds like he is controlling. He also had a problem with you having a high powered and high paying job. He is afraid that he cannot control you.

It is better to let him date that other girl and for you to stop spending time with him. Do not let charm lead you to pain. It does not sound like he is a good catch.

Take care,
Troy

He does love you BUT...he still honors his prior commitment. Very commendable. Maybe after he sees how his current GF works out, something might come of this.
Asking him for a drink sometime could be TOO tempting. Only a very few can handle staying friends when one or both are attracted to eachother.

If he was at all serious about you, or at all a real man, he'd end his relationship with his current girlfriend first before pursuing anyone else. Go for this the way it is and you will be played, just like he is playing his current girlfriend. Get him to end the other relationship, let him know you have standards.

Keep a very level head and realistically try to envision the future with him. Do you really think it has a chance or not? Clear thinking can be hard in matters of the heart.

You would be unwise to get involved with a man in this situation. Your best response is, "well, call me when you're single, but not before." Getting involved with a man who is not free totally makes it impossible for you to trust him later on - when youa re the person he's involved with and it's someone else he's attracted to.

He likes you a LOT but he feels bad and he doesnt want to break up with his new girlfriend. What you guy shave sounds beautiful but if he decided to break up with the other girl it will make him very (temperarily) sad. Yeah go ahead and ask him to go get a drink, good luck!

What is your question, exactly? I kinda got lost in all your verbage. If you wanna hook up with the guy and he's not married (legally bound to anyone else), go for it. If you're not interested, leave it/him alone. It's that simple. What do you need help with?

What I think is that this guy simply liked who you are. Try to be nice to him but just remember that you could get involved in a situation where you might end up hurt.

He is in a relationship with someone else but very attracted to you. Tell him you will date him when he is unattached. It is no fun being the other woman. You deserve and can find better.
