No, it actually says that God is Jealous, and that those who follow other gods are doomed.
It does however, say, "Instead, exalt Christ as Lord in your hearts. Always be prepared to give a defense to everyone who asks you to explain the hope you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak evil of your good conduct in Christ will be ashamed of slandering you." (I Peter 3:15-16)
So, we do respect the people who hold to differing beliefs, but that doesn't mean we will say, "Whatever works for you. All paths lead to God." Because that is a lie. If there was any other way to God, then Jesus died for nothing.

I don't think so. However, a Christian can't honestly think that all beliefs are valid, bc some beliefs mean that Christianity is wrong. However, it is possible for a belief to contain some truth. A Christian is commanded to love everyone, so not making fun of someone or ridiculing them for believing something is part of that, but it doesn't mean we have to think that they're equally valid, bc they may not be, especially if they go against the Bible.

Christ taught us to love all people, and himself set an example by mingling with the poor, criminals, tax-collectors, prostitutes, and those of other religious backgrounds. He bade us to live as he did, and as a loving God wants us to, and that means respecting others, even if they don't believe as you do.
So, although you may not find an exact quote, the overall gist of what Christ taught (which is in the entire New Testament) answers your question!

It does not say to tolerate other religious beliefs.
It says to flee idolotry.
It says to teach truth.
Paul's teachings to the Athenians (Acts 17:15-34) is a wonderful example of teaching the truth compassionately.

in 1 timothy 5:1-3 it says "Never speak harshly to an older man,[a] but appeal to him respectfully as you would to your own father. Talk to younger men as you would to your own brothers. 2 Treat older women as you would your mother, and treat younger women with all purity as you would your own sisters."
it does not specify christians or non-christians, so by this christians are asked to treat everyone with respect.
in 1 peter 2: 16-18 it says "For you are free, yet you are God’s slaves, so don’t use your freedom as an excuse to do evil. 17 Respect everyone, and love your Christian brothers and sisters.[a] Fear God, and respect the king. 18 You who are slaves must accept the authority of your masters with all respect.[b] Do what they tell you—not only if they are kind and reasonable, but even if they are cruel."
so they should "RESPECT EVERYONE"

There is no indication that we should respect other people's religious beliefs. However, we should generally be kind to people. There religious beliefs may be problematic, but we are unlikely to help them if we are openly hostile to them.

The thief on the cross was first one into Paradise. Yet he was a self confessed and un baptized thief. Jesus told him he was saved.
So religions or secular ideologies count little to the followers of Christ who commune with God on a day by day basis. Because they know its all a waste of time. Including the Christian religion. Rituals meant by man to bring a "feel good" sensation which have very little to do with the kingdom of heaven, even though they come from the same book (at least in theory).
We do not say that other religions are right. We do not even say that they "Christian form of religion " is right. All are wrong. Making people focus on works instead of the gift of God.
Chrstian religion is even worse because it says that it is based on Christ, but hypocrytically follows the dictates of men and does not even stick to the biblical laws it says that it practises. Such as with the homosexual issue.
It pretends to offer a way of salvation but instead takes away the freedom that was brought us by Christ. Galatians 3 & 5.
