Why do you call muslims terrorists when mentally retarded extremists are?

I just really don't get why ppl misinterpret muslims? They just watch the media and see IGNORANT extremists who kill innocent ppl and use islam as an excuse so muslims can have more enemies. I am a muslim myself and hate terrorists and most of don't consider these ppl muslims since they do things no human with an actual brain does. No we are not terrorists, and no we are not uncivilized, and no our fathers n brothers don't force us to stay home and force us to wear scarfs on our heads ( there are some who force their daughters to wear but that is wrong). I don't wear a scarf (hijab) myself and i go to univeristy and shop here and there and yes I'M STILL ALIVE :/!! I even have non-muslim friends why didn't I kill them?? To all of you who think we are crazy people, stop talking crap. Cuz we follow the REAL qur'an (WHICH DOESN'T TELL US TO KILL!!) and we BELIEVE it cuz its LOGICAL. Not like most ppl who follow Bush as if they were his own pets.

u r right i am muslem and i consider osama bn laden an extreme who misunderstood islam and became aterrorist and he thinks himself ahero but he was the result of the injustice and tyranny of the big countries which always supports israeil blindly in the middle east .

and i wonder why every body seeing what osama does and close his eyes when israel kill kids in lebanon and palastine

and i want to clarify a small thing

that islam like any religion have some demands
and as there is no one is perfect as we r all human we sometimes cannot do all these demands at once

so wearing the hijab or the scarf on the head is ademand but u can do it or not without any forcing

ofcourse u would be better if u do it

also hijab or the scarf or the islamic rules never forbid u to go here or there to buy or what ever .

1st of all you put down all who fallow bush and call them his pets. You just did the same thing you hate most about those you accuse.

2nd those who fallow bush are the ones fighting the radical Muslims you say you hate so much. Yet you put them down?

and 3rd people believe this b/c not to many Muslim leaders speak out. Instead all you hear are Muslims complaining that there rights are being violated when they go to air ports.

In world war 2 we sent all the Japanese into camps were they lost their homes and jobs. They didn’t even complain. But I go on an airplane and get searched, even my water gets taken away, but to protect your rights they cant put extra attention on people of middle eastern decent?

Either you’re a good Muslim and help America by working hard or helping in the fight itself, or you’re the liberal kind which hurts yourselves and our country, and that’s the type that your coming off as right now, or you are the extremist.

Not enough has been said or decried by Muslims regarding the most visible atrocities throughout the world and within traditional Muslim countries by Muslim Extremists. In fact, several Terrorist Nations that openly support and arm Muslim terrorists, enjoy a large following among their own citizenry that day after day, time after time, news cast after news cast are seen embracing terrorism and terrorist acts at home and abroad. Palestinians, Pakistanis, Iraqis, Iranians, Jordanian, Egyptians and Arab Muslims alike danced in the streets to celebrate the deaths of the 9/11 victims........So until I see some reform within Islam, I am not convinced....

Of course a lot of Muslims are good people - only the truly ignorant would believe otherwise. But why haven't the moderate Muslims demanded the radicals quit using their religion as an excuse for their activities? Until Americans see moderate Muslims protesting against the terrorism, there will always be the distrust - no matter who is in office.

Maybe it is the media sensationalism and our own ignorance, that leads some, not all, to fear Muslims. Some of us can discern what is good and what is wrong. Most Muslim as well as any of the religious, when you get down to personal view, people have a view there is a God. And separating the Jew, Muslim, Christian, is second to that hope and faith.

I agree ,if the decent non extremist muslims far outnumber the extremist s, why has there been no outcry and uprising against the extremists? that is why everyone seems to think that all mislims share the same ideoligies...if what you say is correct the silent majority has to become very loud to change perceptions.

I'm a Muslim too, and I am also trying to give a better picture of Islam here, but I assure you that not everyone believes the media. People in the West have minds and I am sure that it's not easy for them to be influenced by the media.

Today I was unlucky to see a photo of four Americans raping an Iraqi women in a very bad way, and I found the answer why there are Muslim terrorist. They want to revenge from those wild animals but because Americans are cowards and developed killing weapons from far away and avoid compact, Muslim victims have only one way to kill their oppressors and the only way they found is suicide bombing.
