There is no such person alive that can honestly say that they do not believe in God. If they didn't believe in God, why do they keep bringing up a entity that they have no belief in to begin with? And they say that we Chrisitans are the ones who are out of our minds. Even satan believes that God is real, for he has met Him face to face. But what satan did not do was obey God.
So all those people who "claim" that they do not believe in God, actually do, but refuse to obey God the very same way satan does. There for the "non believer, the non obedient individual" is of satan and not of God. What has satan ever done for you but lie to you right from the very beginning?? Well here is what God has done for you...
God gave up His only begotton son to take the beatings, and suffering, and punnishment for our sins. Sins that Jesus never committed, so we could be forgiven and have eternal life with Him, just by inviting Him into our hearts and lives, repenting of our sins, and giving up our old sinful ways for His righteous ways.
Does that sound like God has given up on you? We do not know when Jesus is returning for His church/ bride, but will you be ready when He does? I know I am. Praise the Lord!
While God is waiting patiently for you to see the truth, satan is standing by laughing his ugly head off at you.

It depends on the perception of the individual you are asking.
If you don't believe in a god(s). Than you also wouldn't believe in his/her/their believing.
If you are asking a believer of that/those god(s) that same question you'll get the opposite.
P.S.
"There is no such person alive that can honestly say that they do not believe in God. If they didn't believe in God, why do they keep bringing up a entity that they have no belief in to begin with?" Carol M - asks
You can bring up entities you don't believe as many times as you want without believing in them. There are such people in many cultures, philosophy's, science, and god(s). There are many more beliefs still prominent that have more than just one god. I bring them up too. To disagree no matter how many times is never to agree.

You have created a theory that only exists if you believe in your god. Your question is illogical to non-believers of your religion. Just because someone chooses to not believe in a religion doesn't mean they fit or follow a character of that religion.
Someone may share an aspect of not obeying something that they do not follow. It does not mean everyone that shares that same aspect assumes the entire identity of being like that thing or following everything it represents. Only in your perception are non-believers "satan" or satan like.
For a simple example. You are a fool like the villain Joker in Batman does not mean you believe Batman is real simply because you share the foolish qualities as the Joker. The Joker knows Batman is real. But, the Joker to non-believers of Batman is just a character in a fantasy t.v. show.
To others they are just normal people who choose to follow some other god(s) or philosophy, science. Your knowledge is inbreed you need to think in the shoes of others. And understand the motives of others do not reflect everything in your beliefs. We are not characters in a book nor can we be compared to them in their entirety and be expected to follow or believe everything that character does simply because we have a similar quality.

Coming from someone who does believe in God, I would have to say God knows you exist. If he believes in you is another story.
Why you would ask a question like this tells me you are not well founded in your belief that he doesn't exist.
