They are both great But I think the Air Force easier for woman.

Both services have jobs that are easier than others. It depends on your specialty. If you are in the Navy, you could end up doing heavy lifting, or operating heavy machinery. Same in the AF.
If you are just talking about basic training, last I checked the AF has only a 6 week training, as opposed to the Navy's 8 weeks. Both basic trainings will be about the same though as far as physical demands go.
The Navy makes you learn how to swim, if you don't already now how.

the easiest thing is not always the best thing to go for. the correct answer would be the navy. but the air force is more respected and known to be tougher.the air force produces officers to astronauts.

Air Force. Navy involves shipboard duty, which involves a good bit of physical labor from everyone.

The Air Force is less demanding in a physical nature, although I do know someone personally who was told to "shape up or ship out" who is on active duty in the USAF. He kind of let himself go..so to speak and is trying hard to get in shape before his deadline.
