Consume more calories than you burn. A lot more. Say you have to eat 1800 calories a day to maintain your current weight. Try eating 2500 to 3000 calories a day. I would recommend trying to eat healthy calories though.

shifting body weight quickly is very dangerous, so only use approved stuff, like protein shakes.

there are protein bars you can eat that promote weight gain. just reaserch them on the web
