Consume more calories than you burn. A lot more. Say you have to eat 1800 calories a day to maintain your current weight. Try eating 2500 to 3000 calories a day. I would recommend trying to eat healthy calories though.

shifting body weight quickly is very dangerous, so only use approved stuff, like protein shakes.
