what is the reason for the number after the horses name in the sun newspaper on the racing page please

In the Sun the number straight after the horses name indicates the horses age and then after the that number is the horses weight.
It does vary from paper to paper as some put the horses stall number which is different(most of the time)to their race number.

The number straight after the horses name is definately the amount of days since the horse last ran followed by the name of the trainer then its age,the weight the jock is carrying,the jock,s name and finally its draw/stall number.
