A spanish speaking Mexican knowing a small amount of English? Or a white German speaking European knowing a small amount of English?

I feel they are on equal footing.Id like to see only skilled people with needed expertise be allowed to immigrate here legally We need more educated and more people with marketable skills and professions and less poor people from any country.When poor people immigrate they tend to only bring more poor people into this nation.We already have a full house of poor people.I don't want to sound like I'm unfeeling but the time has come to think of this nation,Americas,future.first.

Anyone can legally get into the USA if they come here legally, no matter what nation they are from, it happens every day at the airport.
