Well Of course you'll need a blender, but you've got the ingredients so you knew that.
A few Smoothie tips:
Most blender Jars have a removable blade for Cleaning, and the threads fit regular mason jars perfectly. Screw the blades onto a mason jar and make sure the blades turn freely without touching the sides, some jars have a tapered neck that touches the blades.
If you only leave an inch worth of air in the jar, your fruit/ice won't jump and dance like they do in a half full blender jar and the result will be much smoother and done much faster.
I prefer a small amount of heavy cream to milk if your adding dairy. Think whipping cream, this is a SMOOTHie.
Frozen fruit is GREAT. I try to use no ice at all.
Banana's go straight in the freezer. 5-10 seconds in the microwave and the peel softens just a bit, squeeze the banana or try to roll it like a rolling pin to loosen the peel and it should come right off.
A quart Jar of frozen fruit and a 12oz can of fruit juice make a fast, perfectly thick smoothie.
Put it on the blender for 3-5 minutes while you find your keys, throw a lid on the quart jar in place of the blades and breakfast is ready for the commute.
If you've got a sweet tooth and sour fruit a tablespoon or two of corn syrup will go a long way.
However you get there, don't drink it too fast (ouch) and enjoy the smoothie and how good it is for you.

Put them in a blender with ice, you probably want to add some oj or milk to make it easier to drink, then blend until creamy.

Yup, a blender will do it, just pulse it until it's the consistency you like.
