He said the New City would be attacked! The World Trade Center
in New York City got hit!
They claim to have found some unpublished predictions by
Nostry Baby!
One said Iraq would strike first! They did in the 1st Gulf War!
And he said Korea will burn it's own people with FIRE! (NUKES?)
He also predicted a FIERY MOUNTAIN like in Revelation! And
now this asteroid is coming that is only going to miss by 10,000 miles! Did you know that's how fast the Earth moves through space? Know how close that MISS will be?

Try looking up Edgar Cayce , he was MUCH better than Nostradamus. He predicted 10000 of things that came true and even began giving true predictions of were to find oil, and cure diseases that ended up working. On top of that he does not speak in riddle.

as striking as his prophecies were to reality, i think he was no more than a smooth writer. as easy as it is to write a vague horoscope, and to conform itself to nearly everybody's life, i think if you were insightful enough you could understand how history repeats itself, and you can conform a supposed prophecy to adhere to an eventual point in history. also there is the law of probability. the greater the number of years that pass between his writings and the present, the greater the chance there is to put an event to his prophecy. if you notice, his prophecies are actually extremely vague, and his prophecies are almost always paralleled with history for you. i bet if his prophecies were not already paralleled to history, none of us would know what the heck he's talking about.

There is not enough to them to put much stock in his ability to prophecy, yet there is enough to intrigue the mind. I believe that he certainly had an eye for future events, but seeing as he lived in a time period quite different from ours, he could not possibly accurately predict what was going to happen. He simply did not have the tools to speak to our generation. You could argue, however, that he predicted the atrocities of Hitler and Saddam, however badly. (Also, there are those who would say that he spoke in code so that the rulers of that day could not decipher what he predicted. Its worth checking out.)

It is extremely accurate, but interpretation is the work of experts, and in the original form non student may not realise any accuracy.

History channel runs many parts special from time to time and I always find some thing new that I had missed previously.

The Gardon will flood Nîmes so high
That they will believe Deucalion reborn:
Into the colossus the greater part will flee,
Vesta tomb fire to appear extinguished.

I’m convinved that this means if I plant Nigella in my garden this spring that all my other flowers will die . . . Nimes . . . . Niges . . . . . Nigella

There may be a little sarcasm here. Hehehe
