I got my ears pierced about 7 weeks ago. My left ear has healed well, but my right ear is a little red around the piercing. It doesn't really hurt, but is this normal? If it doesn't get better, what should I do?

It's honestly justy our body getting used to the metal in your ear. The best thing you can do is treat it will some rubbing alcohol twice a day until the redness subsides. That will allow it to heal more evenly and sterilize the area.

It may go away but it sounds like you have an infection (I got something similar when I got my ears peirced). If it doesn't you will want to talk to an ear nose and throat doctor to look at this. My bet if you talk to them they will tell you the same thing my dr. told me...take them out.

In the mean time..make sure you are cleaning them several times daily.

It's infected, just keep washing it with the rubbing alcohol as they instructed you.
