Tried, but it didn't work. We ended up being long distance (3000 miles, actually) for about 9 years. We broke up, dated other people, but always came back because we are right for each other. We just started living together a year ago, and it's absolutely wonderful. The key to making LD work is daily communication - sharing the small things good and bad and visiting in person at least once every 2-4 months.

No, but I know people who have and I feel that this is not good because if the feelings are strong enough then they can last the distance and withstand being far apart.

yes i do hold my feels back but then he kinds of know that i am so now he ask me about this i told him i have fears because of the distance hetold me not to be that i am his love of his life but i still hold my feels back i don,t want to get hurt and i don,t want to hurt him so i give this advice to you let them know your fears and the mayde you guys can work thenm out i hope this helpd

yes, but you can't convince yourself not to like someone, if the feelings are there then you have no control and you can try fighting them but in the end it's impossible to do
