Not unrealistic.
You're already doing a good job so just look for areas to cut back. Snacks less often or with less calories. Fast food less often. Skip regular soda or energy drinks, pick diet.
Find a new activity you can do every day. Walk the dog for 45 minutes (3 miles), play frisbee, dance crazy, run laps at the park.

Dropping 10 pounds would be just fine. It is not unrealistic at all.

Of course not. Just drink lots of water and watch calorie intake. The walking track is a great place for loosing just a little weight or toning up. And listening to music while you walk helps keep your stride. You can even add ankle weights after the first week. This really helps to tone my legs.

You can still get changes even if it doesn't affect your weight- if you lost 10 pounds and gained 10 pounds of muscle then there would be a good difference.

No, it's not unrealistic. It's probably more a case of toning up though. HTH : )

You will not be underweight if you lose 10 pounds, so if it would make you feel better about yourself, I say go for it. c:
Just don't starve yourself!

5'3" and 124 would be a realistic weight. Try not to go much below that.....
