You need to allow 20 square feet per person. Then add 10 to 15 percent for contingencies, equipment, and fixtures.

um do you mean standard? standard furniture would be a board room table (large enough foo 60-100 ppl) enough chairs for them. i would think a nice plant and a few paintings on the wall and a water cooler and a few garbage can. maybe a mirror of some type too...but if that's not what your question was meaning to ask, then sorry!
