i like people but just not the ones i know theres one boy inperticular but i dont think he likes me...
i have never made-out with any one neither has he
what should i do???

Don't do it just because you have never done it! Make it worth the wait.... When it's the right time you won't have to ask strangers on the internet if it's the right thing to do. :-)

Why don't you just start by saying hello to him and see if you get a reaction and then over time just start saying how are you and making conversion with him. Hopefully he will respond and hopefully the two of you might start talking and it could eventually lead to something. He could be shy, so start with these small steps and hopefully they will lead to something

So are you collecting people to make out with? I'm not sure what your question is. If he looks like someone youd like to get to know, ask him out. If you're trying to widen your circle of friends, throw a party.

I know just how you feel. Just try being friends for a while and then when you feel its the right time talk to him about likeing him for more than just a friend.
