It should ALWAYS be up to you who you want to be involved with. If you see a guy you like, take the initative and approach him...or at least just give him a sign or the opportunity to get to know you. Stop playing silly guessing games with guys who are man enough or may not be interested in you. Pick who you want and be happy.

Coming from a shy guy in the person, there is no way to find out. You have to start hitting on him in order for him to notice that you like him. That way he will ease up and start talking to you more, because he feels more comfortable around you
If he's a shy person and NOT a quiet person, he will get nervous, start looking in random direcetions, and will act jumpy around you

guys that are shy are sometimes hard to figure out but if you start a conversation and they dont respond quickly too the talking then they will start jumping in. Shy guys just dont know if you like them so they kinda play hard to get.

How do you know if a shy guy likes you? Just keep talking to him, or go one step further and ask him out. If he likes you he'll say yes, (eventually--- is he REAL shy). If not, move on.

If they look u in your eyes, if they spend time with u, if they try to touch u, if he smiles around u, those are some of the clues.

alot of times they cant look straight into your eyes while talkn...they might try to walk or sit next to you...alot of times thats their way of hinting without putting themselves out there too much
OH and they might laugh at everything u say even if its not funny

if he asks even more shy then that might menas mr likes you or when he isnt shy with you anymore.
