if you spit out all the mucus in your nose, does it change in size?

No, removing mucus from your nose does not change it's actual size or shape. The cavities in which mucus is created and stored lie inside your sinus' and those are located above your eyebrows and under your cheekbones.

The nose can and does change in size as you age however. Areas of the body that are made of cartilage continue to grow as you age. Your nose and your earlobes will continue to grow (at decreasing increments) as you age.

Sorry....if you were wanting your nose to shrink, it's not going to happen :)

Hmm, Funny you should ask. Well, I suppose it could... depending on the amount of extra cargo you had on board. Our noses can stretch a little so if its full, it might be slightly larger.
