i heard that you get bone related problems if you do them for years. is there any truth to this and if possible could you back up your claim with a proof?

I do about 50 fist push-ups a day for the last 16 years or so. I have no bone problems, in fact, my hands and knuckles feel strong and good.

Proof?

Unless someone has had this happen to them and they want to share their medical records on the internet, I don't think so.

Find proof in your mind. Imagine the psi pressure you're putting on relatively delicate hand/finger bones. Reach your own conclusion.

Not sure.

I can do ten of em.

Ten sit ups too.

Thats about all though.

Can't even do any chin ups anymore.
