You don't get any diseases from being homeless. The only way to pick up diseases is to be exposed to someone who has a communicable disease.

Mostly whatever diseases you would catch if you were forced to live without adequate sanitation, and were exposed to bad weather. Try to wash yourself as much as possible to prevent colds, flu, etc. and try to sleep in a sheltered area. Get as balanced a diet as you can, and keep your immune system up. it isn't being homeless that will make you catch diseases, it is letting yourself become emotionally depressed and physically weak from improper diet, rest, shelter, etc.
