I find evolution to be beautiful because of the idea that everything has slowly changed and developed, and that things once alive may now have evolved into creatures we have today etc. It makes me think about how vast the universe is, and how timeless (I'm not being scientific here - I just mean the world has existed sooo long!)

evolution is prettier for sure but creation is kind of cute, the way a baby is cute, but also stupid, like a baby is stupid. Creation does grow up to be a slut though so that's cool but evolution is the kind of idea you can take home to mom and dad, have kids with, you know?

A very eloquent way to put the question "which do you believe..?" Since science supports the evolution theory then it tends to be the more logical answer. Creation, however, has held it's own. You have to respect something that, after all the criticism and all the scientific evidence to contrary, people still hold onto this antiquated belief without thought, question, or doubt. It's pretty cool that faith can be so profound.

Creationism is the same as evolution except that we believe that God has made it so. For instance, look at the modern eye; evolutionists say it may have started with a patch of light sensitive cells and, over time, began to evolve other abilities, depth, color, etc, until it got to where it is today. However, those same evolutionists can not tell say where the "light sensitive cells" came from. To many, it is an easy answer; God. Many scientists are now saying that many of our smallest working parts show definite signs of intelligent and deliberate design.

I like the idea of a grand designer, someone carefully and knowledgably crafting this world, changing it, making it better. I like the idea of having faith in God.

Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini and many of other of the worst people this world has ever seen were all evolutionists. The idea of the strongest killing of the weak all too often has bred hate and horrible crimes.

My answer is most definitely Creation.

Evolution has a marvelous elegance. The interplay of environment and cataclysm, predator and prey, plant and animal, and life itself with the universe, over vast stretches of time far exceed the idea of "It just is." Whether or not God created the universe, it is far greater to have unfolded than to have been slapped together.

Think about it. If God creates the seed, does He not create the plant. Life does change evolve and grow according to the design that God layed out and the instructions He embedded within DNA.

Evolution is splendid.

The only creation fantasy I enjoy is the one of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster:

Evolution by far. I find the creation myth to be a simplistic, lazy, and completely blind view of the world and universe(s).
