i want to know, what kind of wieght training to do, in order to burn the most calories. circuit training, straight lifting wieghts?

The idea of weight training to burn calories is not to burn the calories while you are working out, but to increase your muscle mass which will burn more calories while at rest. To do this, you need to overload the muscles to promote muscle growth. Lift enough weight for each exercise so you can do at least 4 reps, but no more than 6 reps. Each workout, your goal is to either do 1 or 2 more reps, or, if you can do 6 reps, use heavier weight.

To burn the most calories, weight train in the circuit and do lots of repititions.

Circuit training is the best for losing weight. Because you incorporate cardio with weights your body is "fooled" into thinking it's constantly doing cardio and it keeps your heart rate up even while you are lifting your weights.
