Everyone here said it. Smaller meals through out the day. Start with a wholesome breakfast; don't skip it. Breakfast starts your body's metabolism. Between that and lunch, eat an apple or a can of plain tuna. Have a decent lunch (ie, grilled chicken breast, vegetables, and rice). Snack between lunch and dinner. Have a low fat meal with little carbs for dinner (lean meats, chicken or fish with vegetables). Also, drink lots of water, and throw in some green tea. Most diet/energy pills contain caffeine and green tea extract, so why not stick with the original? You can also try some Myoplex meal replacement bars. They taste pretty good, but they're a bit pricey. They're pretty convenient, though. Oh yeah, snack on foods that are high in protein; they make you feel fuller and contain little fat. Oh and one more thing. Take in about 3 servings of either low-fat milk or low-fat yogurt. Research shows that dairy product help your metabolism out.
Stay the hell away from Hoodia!!!!
Take a look at Dr. Mike MD, or whatever, and you'll see that all he does is go and try to pimp his website. Pure Hoodia has shown that it contains hunger suppressing ingredients, but it has not successfully been extracted from plant form, and the only place to get it is in Africa. Don't get conned.

If you don't want to be hungry, eat. When you eat breakfast, and a good snack, and lunch, and a good snack, and dinner, it feels like you eat all day and you're not hungry. Drink water with each meal, and throughout the day. Eating this way will keep you feeling full and also keep you from binge eating. Ask a fitness trainer, they will tell you the same. Research. And, best of luck, dude.

Hi Madi
For some real advice from a REAL DOCTOR go to .
http://www.larryward.com/audios/nutrition_talk/ and listen to the audio files.
These files were recorded by Dr. Komadina as training files for his team of associates. He does make some specific product recommendations but much of what he says can be used by anyone.
At the bottom of http://www.GoldPlanSuccess.com there is a link to a program called "La Bomba." This is an excellant program for anyone starting a weight loss plan. It will give you a quick start and you can lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days with it.
If I can be of more assistance let me know

Try eating foods that are less calorie dense (i.e. you can eat a lot of them, without taking in that many calories) and release their energy slowly. Lots of fresh vegetables, wholegrains, lean meat and fish, eggwhites, etc. This will let you put more food in your stomach (making you feel sated) while eating the same amount of calories. The food will release also it's energy more slowly (keeping your blood sugar pretty stable). Lay off of the junk food, refined sugar and carbs, alcohol etc (this means you can eat more of other things) - but I'm sure you knew that already ;)
Also, as others have said, drink plenty of water.

I think i can help you. Ok i dont know if you like to practice sport, but if you not i will tell you some secrets: Eat everything but not in big quantities. Drink water with 30 min after and before eating; eat fruits after and before eating (2hours). Try to not consume a lot of fat, and eat the fatest food in the first part of the day, and in the second eat food with few calories. I hope it will be very useful for u.....

Eat 3 small meals and 2 small snacks per day, lots of water. This way your body is always getting the nutrience it needs, and you are never starving.
