hi thanks so far for ans i`ll add details:
its sept 11th,Twin Towers, documentry i found on google. I`m not sure how i find out which formatt this would be in... do i need to take the e-mail and put it into something like quick-time...??

download to your PC, then burn it onto a DVD using your program on the PC to do so

Firstly you need to save the attachment to your hard drive OR have a video player with the correct codec installed that recognises whichever type of video file you've been sent. Most common ones are .wmv (windows media player)l, .avi, divx, mpeg, mov and so on. Most media players should play all these types as long as you have set them up to play those types of videos and, as I said before, have the correct codecs installed.

It needs to be in a special format for tv dvds to read it. So you may need a prorgram to convert it to the proper format.
I like ShowBiz DVD 2. You can d/l a free trial.

You will need to burn it to a DVD, this should be fairly quick providing you have a DVD writer.

Burn it onto a DVD rom. Then simply pop it into your DVD player @ home.
