You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Drink a lot of water, especially b4 meals. avoid any kind of oily food as body doesnot reqire it. lower your sugar intake but don't put a full stop as it can lead to low energy levels. exercise regularly preferabaly yoga or brisk walk. gym isn't good enough in long run.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
