You could be suffering from clinical depression. I had the same symptoms which did not pass after a few weeks and was diagnosed with depression. I cried about everything, lost interest in things, wanted to be alone and would zone out other people talking to me but passed it off as stress or being tired.

i can't tell you what it is...... all i can do is recommend something that might help. I've been suffering from panic attacks since i was about 14. I've been taking St. Johns Wort in both liquid and capsule form for the last 2 years. I alternate between the two. I have noticed a MARKED improvement!! I used to violently see-saw between moods of despair where i would break down crying, then anger where i would throw my fone on the ground & stomp on it till its smashed, to elated hypo feelings of excitement and back again usually all in ONE day. Basically the st. Johns just works to STABILIZE your moods. It is a herb you can buy from the health store. I say just give it a go for a month & see if you see a change. :)

I bet you are a teenager. You are describing what teens go thru when there hormones are acting up. You will get over it, trust me. We all go thru it at some degree or another. I felt the same way when I was 14-16. It was bad, but I finally got over it.

You're going through stress/teen crisis. It happens. A teen will just feel down and not even know why.
