Going out to dinner is not cheating but once you start to have an emotional connection to someone, more than a friend, that's when the line gets crossed

Are you in a committed relationship with your boyfriend? If not then you can see whoever you want but make sure you both understand where you two stand in regards to your relationship. He might view it as cheating if you spend time with another man or he could be very jealous and it could cause your relationship to end. If you know the other men are interested in you for more then JUST a friend and you go out with them which will lead them on personally I'd consider it cheating. Would you want your bf to go out with another woman?

What would you think if you found out your boyfriend had dinner with other woman without him being open and honest with you about it? I would consider it cheating... I'm sure after 6 months your boyfriend probably feels the two of you are exclusive? If you really feel that you want to keep your options open and want to date other people, there is nothing wrong with that. First, I would consider giving him the same respect you would expect from him.

Don't get your little hole wet over a little flattery from other men. They just want to sleep with you. Putting yourself in that position would be nothing short of being a hoe! If you love your bf then whats the point? This kind of thinking is why there is no trust on either side in today's relationships. Sex does not make the world go round, it just pollutes it outside of a relationship. The longer you entertain these thoughts, the more likely for the situation to turn out disastrous. Good luck!

It really depends on how serious you are with your boyfriend. You've been together 6 months...which leads me to believe, what you have is pretty serious. With that in mind, is going to dinner with these other guys "cheating"? Probably not...but realistically, your boyfriend WILL view it as cheating.
The best rule of thumb to use here is... you're in a relationship, and therefore, people of the opposite sex, are 'off limits' for dinner dates... unless you're boyfriend is either involved, or openly "ok" with you going out with "friends". You're boyfriend not knowing these guys, will be percieved by him, as a threat to your relationship.
I would like to point out though. If you've been with your boyfriend for 6 months, and these two other guys want to "have dinner"..and you're considering it, regardless of your relationship...
You're probably not in love. Granted, I see where you're trying to respect your man here....but really, if you were in love, this wouldn't even be a question. You'd have already decided to tell these other guys "I'm happy in my relationship, and going out to a private dinner with either of you, wouldn't be right".

Yes its cheating...
1) If it is not cheating why not tell your BF your going out to dinner with these guys..That is if you have nothing to hide...
2)Do you think these guys want to date you and take you to dinner/etc just because they like your conversation?
Nope and you know it....
p.s. how would you react if your BF was doing the same thing?

Yes it would be cheating. If a guy wants to take you out for dinner, generally he's asking you out on a date. Imagine how you'd feel if you knew your bf had taken another girl out for dinner.

Yup, cheating for sure. And if you try to discuss this, you stand a chance of the bf leaving you.

Why would you think that going out to dinner with other blokes might be cheating, it might be innocent but i bet your bf wouldn't see it like that when he finds out.
