Hi.......I often have that problem in the summer. I have never kept my bread in the fridge. It isn't recommended because the refridgeration takes away from the moisture in the bread. Mind u, some people are perfectly happy keeping their bread in the fridge; that's up to u. What I do is I freeze half my loaf (especially with my grain breads) & leave the other half out. That way I am not putting an entire loaf of bread at risk of getting mouldy!
Good Luck!!!>>>>>>Zeta

particular, it is going to final longer, however the bread has an inclination to get extra durable, stiffer and extra compact which I dislike. a extra useful element to do is: a million). decrease the loaf in 0.5 and freeze 0.5 of it. Take it out and enable it thaw some hours and it would be brisker than in case you saved it in the refrigerator section. 2). purchase smaller loaves of bread and use it swifter. 3). shop the plastic clasp on the bread, out of direct solar or humidity. motives why bread is going moldy so immediately at present is that the manufactuerer's have stopped employing Potassium Sorbate, which inhibits mould strengthen...by way of sturdy shouting and screaming hysteria by employing our organic and organic acquaintances.
