For the past year I have been having a tingling sensation in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen. There is no nausea and i can feel it more when I sit and when I stand, it seems to relieve the sensation. Sometimes it causes a little bit of pain in my back and right side but nothing too severe. Now I noticed that the sensation is more frequent. I went to my GP and I have an ultrasoound scheduled tonight to see if it's gallstones. Has anyone ever had these symptoms and if so, what was your diagnosis? Thanks :)

well gall stones do not give anyone a tingling sensations, they hurt more than any other feelings. nonetheless if your symptoms are persisting or fluctuating then ultrasound is a good start. Right upper quadrant pain on the other hand has a long list of possible reasons, good luck with this sensation and investigations.
